FAQ's
What types of massage do you offer?
Archer Massage offers therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and recovery-focused bodywork. Sessions are customized based on your concerns, activity level, pressure preferences, and goals rather than following the same routine for every client.
Do I need to be an athlete to book a sports massage?
Not at all. Sports massage can benefit athletes, gym-goers, runners, active adults, and anyone whose work or lifestyle places regular physical demands on their body. Treatment can focus on muscular recovery, mobility, soreness, and maintaining physical performance.
What's the difference between therapeutic and deep tissue massage?
Therapeutic massage is customized around specific areas of tension, discomfort, mobility, or recovery. Deep tissue massage uses more focused techniques to work with deeper layers of muscle and persistent tension. Your session may incorporate elements of both depending on what your body needs.
Does deep tissue massage have to be painful?
No. Deeper pressure does not automatically mean better results. Deep tissue massage should be intentional and adjusted to your comfort and tolerance. Communication throughout your session helps ensure the pressure remains productive rather than simply painful.
How do I book a massage at either location?
Appointments with Archer Massage can be booked online through Noterro. Choose your preferred location, session length, and available appointment time.
